Our store is located in the city of Ivanovo, in central Russia. We ship orders worldwide to all countries currently served by Russian Post.
Orders are shipped on business days within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
All orders are carefully packed in sturdy corrugated cardboard packaging to reliably protect the contents during transit.
Each shipment is assigned a personal tracking number so you can monitor the delivery progress of your order. The tracking number is sent to the customer’s email address (please also check your Spam folder) and is additionally available in your account order history on our website.
Average delivery time is approximately 3 weeks to Europe and around 4–5 weeks to other continents. During holidays, periods of high postal workload or customs delays delivery times may be longer.

The minimum order amount is 200 ₽.
Important information about customs fees: international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import charges in the destination country. These fees are not included in the order total and must be paid by the recipient according to local regulations.
Please monitor your shipment tracking status carefully. In some cases, postal or customs authorities may request additional information. If the required information is not provided in time, the parcel may be returned to the sender or disposed of by customs authorities.
