Our store is located in the city of Ivanovo (central Russia, 300 km from Moscow).
We dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days after receiving the payment. The only exception is products available on pre-order that have a fixed shipping date.
All orders are carefully packed into dense cardboard securely protecting all the products from any possible damages during shipment.
Each order is assigned an individual tracking number so you can track its journey.

When placing an order with prepayment, please take note of the payment deadlines. Such orders must be paid within 7 calendar days.
Once your order has arrived at your local post office this can be collected immediately using your passport. You are not required to wait for your delivery notice.
