How to receive an order via Yandex Delivery

Yandex Delivery is a convenient way to receive an order at a pickup point. Below you will find the key details: how to place the order, which phone number to use, and where the shipping cost is shown.

Cost The shipping cost is calculated in the cart and depends on the destination city.

How to arrange delivery

Add items to the cartThe minimum order amount in the store is 200 ₽.

Select Yandex DeliveryChoose a convenient Yandex pickup point during checkout.

Enter a mobile phone numberNotifications, the tracking link, and pickup updates will be sent to this number.

Collect the orderOnce the parcel arrives at the pickup point, you will receive a notification.

Important: a mobile number is required

Please enter a valid mobile phone number when placing your order. Landline numbers are not supported for Yandex Delivery.

Tracking

You can track your order using the SMS link. It opens directly in your browser.

You can also use the Yandex Go app. The app must be registered with the same phone number used during checkout.

Installing the app is not required.

Once your order arrives at the pickup point, you will receive a notification. We recommend collecting it promptly to avoid return to sender.
