If for any reason you decide to return a purchased product, you may do so in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation “On Consumer Protection” dated February 7, 1992 No. 2300-1.
You may cancel an order before receiving it, or return the product within 7 days after receipt.
The refund is issued within 10 days after the returned product is received by the Seller.
Returns are accepted if the product appearance, consumer properties and original packaging, if applicable, are preserved.
If the product arrives damaged, please record the issue upon receipt and contact us.
Return of Non-Defective Goods
The Buyer has the right to cancel the ordered goods at any time before receiving them, and within 7 (seven) days after receiving the goods.
Return of non-defective goods is possible provided that:
- the product retains its original appearance;
- the consumer properties of the product are preserved;
- the original packaging, if applicable, is preserved.
The absence of a receipt or other document confirming the purchase does not deprive the Buyer of the right to refer to other evidence confirming that the goods were purchased in this online store.
If the Buyer returns non-defective goods, the Seller refunds the amount paid for the goods, excluding delivery costs, no later than 10 days after receiving the returned goods.
Return shipping costs for non-defective goods are paid by the Buyer.
Return of Defective Goods
Defective goods are products that have defects or damage that prevent their normal use.
A Buyer who has received defective goods has the right to choose one of the following options:
- replacement of the goods with identical goods;
- replacement of the goods with a similar product of another brand with recalculation of the purchase price;
- a proportional reduction of the purchase price;
- free elimination of defects in the product;
- termination of the purchase agreement and a refund of the amount paid for the goods.
The Buyer must notify the Seller of any detected defects within a reasonable period after they are discovered.
The Seller has the right to conduct a quality inspection of the goods in order to determine the cause of the defects.
If it is established that the defects occurred as a result of improper use of the product or actions of the Buyer, the Seller has the right to refuse the Buyer’s claim.
Damage During Delivery
Upon receiving the order, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging.
If any damage to the packaging or goods is discovered, it is necessary to record this fact when receiving the shipment.
Inspection of Goods Upon Receipt
When receiving the order, the Buyer is advised to check the completeness of the order and the external condition of the goods.
After receiving the order, claims regarding the appearance of the goods or completeness of the order will be accepted only if the defects could not have been detected during a normal inspection of the goods.
Color Representation
The color and shade of the goods shown in the images on the website may slightly differ from the actual color of the goods depending on the user's device screen settings and lighting conditions.
Such differences are not considered a defect of the product.
Printed Product Characteristics
Minor printing characteristics that do not affect the appearance or consumer properties of the product are not considered defects.
Minor dents in the packaging that occur during transportation are not considered grounds for returning the goods if the product itself is not damaged.
