New Year is a magical and most beloved holiday by all, filled with family traditions, kindness and comfort, citrus and pine smells, cheerful conversations and songs, delicious gourmet dishes and drinks on the table. In the last weeks of December, every home turns into a winter fairy tale; festive balls, wreaths of fir branches, cones, lanterns and snowflakes are hung.
JSC "Marka", with the support of the Moscow branch of the VTOO "Union of Artists of Russia" (MOUSH of Russia) and the Union of Philatelists of Russia, is holding an All-Russian competition for drawing postage stamps and greeting cards for the New Year and Christmas among professional and non-professional artists. The jury of the competition included professional artists, graphic artists and designers, members of the Union of Artists of Russia. In total, the organizers received 308 competitive works made in a variety of techniques: graphic design, watercolor, oil, pencil drawing, etc. The winners were Svetlana Chernykh and Polina Mitroshkina.
